Cycling to enhance heart, breathing & overall cardio output

In this special episode geared towards cycling, I get to chat with my good friend Fuad Kamal. He’s been cycling for a very long time starting with various bikes over the years, and then finally picking up the love of his life the Bianchi Steel bike a few years ago.

I met Fuad in 2016 as we shared similar interests in photography. We kept in touch during our bike rides and technology exploration. I learned and connected to many professionals through my connection with Fuad and this is a result of that long friendship with us talking about our experience towards road cycling.
